Getting rid of wrinkles and lumps on my plushie?
Some of our plushies are enormes, so for global shipping, we vacuum pack them. Thus, they may show wrinkles and lumps initially. Rest assured, these wrinkles will diminish over time once the plush is removed from its packaging. Remember to shake and pat to smooth out the lumps!
Alternatively, place the plush inside a delicates bag or pillowcase and dry using a low heat setting in your dryer.
