The holiday season is upon us, and we're thrilled to help you make it magical! To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 6, 2024. Orders placed after this date might not make it under the tree in time. Avoid the holiday rush and shop now!


We offer FREE tracked delivery on orders over 60 EUR (or the local currency equivalent) to France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and many other countries. By shipping directly from our warehouses across Asia, we strive to keep shipping fees affordable for you.
Please note that a nominal shipping fee applies to orders shipped to Canada, Italy, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, the United Arab Emirates, and additional countries.

1. Delivery Times:

Here's a general idea of how long it takes for your order to arrive:

  •  Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for packaging time to prepare your order for shipment.
  • Keep in mind that these times are just estimates, so your order might be ready sooner or later than expected.

2. Tracking Information:

  • Once your parcel has been prepared you will be sent a shipping confirmation email.
  • In the case of an order with multiple items, you may receive your items in separate parcels.

 

3. Delivery Locations:

  • We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Belgium, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Italy, Germany and more.
  • UnfortunatelyWe do not deliver to Philippines, Austria, South America, Africa, India, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, New Caledonia, Russia and other remote countries.

 

4. Delivery Cost:

  • Enjoy free tracked delivery on orders over 60 EUR (or the local currency equivalent) to France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and other countries.
    • Due to the pandemic and inflation, delivery and insurance costs have increased for countries like Canada, the UAE, and others. As a result, you may see a delivery fee during checkout to help cover these additional expenses.

5. Import Duties & Taxes:

  • Good news! 99.9% of our parcels are delivered successfully without any customs, import taxes, or fees.
  • If you do encounter a customs fee, please email us, and we'll do our best to find a solution.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during customs checks.

 

6. Multiple Parcels:

  • We'll do our best to combine your items into a single parcel whenever possible.
  • To ensure the safety of your items during transit and to prevent any delays caused by customs, we may ship your order in multiple parcels.
  • This is due to restrictions based on size and weight.
  • Items may be stored at different warehouses.



7. Failed Delivery:

  •  We'll keep you updated on your package's journey through email notifications.
  • Please make sure you're home to receive your package at the scheduled delivery or collection time.
  • If you can't be there, kindly notify your local post office or arrange for a trusted family member or neighbor to receive the parcel on your behalf.

 

 

8. Lost, Held, Returned, or Stolen Parcels:

  • If your parcel goes missing, please report it within 14 days of it being marked as delivered.
  • Investigating beyond this timeframe may be challenging for the postal service, and we may not be able to offer a complimentary reshipment or refund if you contact us later.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels when delivering to a shared location (such as a shop, restaurant, business, military base, or apartment).
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all shipping details.
  • If we anticipate any delivery issues, we may contact you via email to verify your shipping address.

 

9. Delayed Parcels:

  • If your parcel is experiencing delays, please report this issue to our customer support team via email at hello@evelynkai.com with your order number and the missing item(s).
  • You have 14 days to report any missing parcels after 30 days from the original order date.

 

10. Missing Parcels:

  •  You'll receive a confirmation email when your parcel is out for delivery.
  • Sometimes, the shipping courier may prematurely mark a parcel as delivered.
  • If you receive a delivery confirmation email but haven't received your parcel, consider the following:
    • Please wait a few business days, as your parcel could have been marked as delivered by mistake and will arrive shortly.
    • Contact your local post office for more information regarding your parcel, as they will be able to provide accurate details.
    • Please check your front porch or mailbox for a note from your local post office.
  •  If you encounter difficulties obtaining information from your local post office, feel free to contact us for further support.

 

11. Special Occasions:

  • We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for any special occasions.
  • Please ensure that you place your order well in advance to allow for any unforeseen delays.
  • If you would like to return an item, please email us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs

 

12. Returned Parcel:

  • In the event that a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels held by the courier or any other reasons, please contact us via email with your order number within 30 days of your order date.
  • Please note that we are under no obligation to refund you if we do not receive the parcel back.
  • Reshipments will incur handling and reshipment fees.
  • Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping.
